Miyuki is a cat yokai (Bakeneko) that lives in Japan and falls in love with Kiriya kogami when she saved him from being hit by a truck when he was spacing out.  Miyuki loves the Cherry blossoms because they remind her of the time she used to spend with her grandma when she was little. She and Kiriya both attend the same high school and are in the same class, she likes to have lunch on the school roof with Kiriya.

Miyuki has a habit of getting distracted easily, though when she's serious she can stay on topic.  Miyuki Is very affectionate towards Kiriya, everyday when they meet up at school, she greets him with a glomp.  Miyuki has strong feeling for Kiriya, but she wants Kiriya to make the first move, and just to make sure he does, she always shows him that she loves him more than anyone!
